The SIM card requires reactivation after you recharge it.
First turn off the camera, pull out the SIM card, insert it again and restart the camera, wait until the indicator light turn into a blue light constant state, add the camera again.

If you are using the SIM card we offered, and you've connected it successfully before, as the SIM card we offered only has 300 MB cellular data in it for testing, would you please check if it is due to the card not have any remaining cellular data?

First, reset the camera before connected, wait the indicator turn into a blue light constant state, add the camera in APP.
If still can't connect, please check whether all the usage permissions of app have been opened.

The battery can last about 3 months (If motion detection trigger about 15 times per day ) after each full recharge. 100M traffic can last 5-6 days (Suppose the camera is triggered to take 1 photo and record a 15S-video at a time. 3 triggers per day)
