1. It is recommended to plug and unplug the Micro SD card after power off; 2. Check whether the Micro SD card is available normally and whether it is in FAT32 format; 3. When the network on the mobile phone or the device is unstable, the APP will also prompt that the Micro SD card cannot be recognized. 

1. Please use the DC5V-1A charger to charge the device in time. The charging indicator light is always green when the device is charging, and the charging indicator light turns off when it is fully charged; 2. If it cannot be charged, please replace the charger or USB cable and try charging again. 

1. The indicator light is always red, the signal is too weak, please adjust the position and direction of the device; 2. The red and blue indicators flash alternately, the device does not detect the SIM card, please confirm that the SIM card has been inserted. If the SIM card has enabled PIN, you need to insert the SIM card into the mobile phone to disable the PIN code, and then try again after inserting the device; 3. The red and blue lights flash alternately and slowly, the traffic is insufficient or the phone is shut down due to arrears, please replace the SIM card or recharge 

1. Please reset the APN according to the APP reminder. Android phones can query the APN name in the phone, and Apple phones need to ask the operator 

1. There is no additional fee, you can choose Micro SD card storage or cloud storage for videos and images; if you choose cloud storage, you need to open it separately, the first opening is free for 30 days, and you can choose a paid package for renewal
