Update. Had a small issue that was no disaster by any means. Not only is this a great tripod but I can’t say enough about this seller. Excellent is all I can say. Shipped replacement immediately. This seller definitely stands behind their products. And no, I am not in any way connected to this seller but I will say that I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again and look forward to future transactions
