Nice product & good customer service
I got this camera a couple of days ago. Build quality seems good, very easy to set up, and working fine so far.I had an older verion of this camera that failed, but very impressed with the speed and quality of the customer care when I emailed the supplier with the issue, which resulted in them swiftly refunding me.Only one very minor point on this camera - it seems to be designed to be placed at head height, as the memory card slot and the on-test-off switch are at the bottom of the camera body. Most of the time I use them at a lower (waist height or lower) level, ... so, when you've got cold & wet fingers it's a bit of a fiddly struggle to tease the memory card out of its slot when you can't actually see the card, and similarly, trying to remember which way around the "off"/ "on" switch should be becomes a memory test because you can't see the switch from above. But, neither are exactly show-stopper issues, it's a good camera with some great features and quality for the money.
