A Silent Sentry
We had a problem with a Crenova camera, so I emailed asking for advice. Daisy at Crenova answered very promptly, and as our camera had become obsolete, I was offered a free replacement of a more up-to-date model. The new camera is working well, and we are having fun with it, waiting for those elusive creatures to come into our garden and get captured on camera. I cannot fault the Crenova after-sales service team, their response was over and above what I expected.
