Excellent after sales service.
Purchased two cameras to view wildlife, (04-2020) initially were getting reasonable results both day and night for a camera of this price but nothing like their pictures, then things started going wrong, night video froze after 10/12 secs (on both), date and time could not be relied upon, closing clips broke-off and now one camera has parted company from it's back plate (four little plastic nibs hold the two parts together, poor!) motion detection has been activated by sleet and snow, really too sensitive. (02-2021)
