Brilliant customer care
This is a good camera. I bought it to keep a watch on wildlife in my garden and it work well although it finds very small animals tricky.After 10 months it failed to turn on and gave an error message, I thought what it was a software problem and contacted customer care hoping to reset. Within three days I received a replacement camera and an SD card from a very helpful representative.
