Well built, shouldn't need a more expensive one
Very well built, the spin is super smooth and gradual. No rattling and the threads are very clean. I'll get a few more of these for my other lenses. Enables some old film cameras to shoot 400 film since their max shutter is 500 or 1000. I don't see why you'd need the more expensive ones besides the brand. For variable ND, this is already a pretty good size when it comes to thickness.
