Good head for small cameras or mobile
I use it to attach it to a tripod of these that are attached to railings and trees.
When you orient it and press to block it, it doesn't get disoriented one bit, like others I have lying around here. It has to move what you put on it, mobile or camera, practically in all directions.
I use it for timelapses and absolutely nothing moves.
It's metal, and seems durable. The threads and moving and adjustment parts are free of play and precise.
Includes 1/2 and 3/8 screw, so it is valid for many tripods.
