Connect α7 mk3 and a CANON macro lens to this product. It worked well. Autofocus isn't very useful, especially with lenses like macro lenses, so even a simple mount adapter that doesn't support autofocus will work just fine. The lens and camera can be fixed firmly, but there is no clicking sound when it is fixed, so I sometimes have an uneasy feeling whether it is fixed properly.
