Best monitor light bar to buy
bought this light bar about 2 months ago. Although there are much more expensive Benq light bars, this one gives you almost the same performance for less money. I see no real reason to buy the more expensive product. The touch controls in this case are responsive and the brightness as well as the color of the light is very good. The brightness sensor works but I haven't used it (just a personal habit). The most impressive thing for me is that the brightness of the lamp can be reduced to almost nothing. This is ideal for working late at night or if you just want some light while gaming without being distracted. I tested both: light strips with touch controls and controls integrated in the cord. I like this version more because you can hide the cord so it doesn't get in the way. You can't do that with inline controls because you need access to them. In my opinion the lamp also feels and looks more modern with the touch controls right on the lamp. I've never had any issues with them not responding, and because they're engrossed you can easily find them even without looking (if you need to for some reason ;)). The only thing that could be better is the mounting system. It works for me, but friends of mine with a curved monitor are having some issues with it. They could potentially match the better mounting systems that Benq and some webcams use, but there could be issues with patents. All in all I would highly recommend this light bar if you are looking for one.
