Plenty of room!
The straps and buckles are designed to not come apart. Comes with many dividers for setting up your bag. Has several spots for putting things like memory cards, flashes and other devices. Once you set it up, the top can fold down over the main compartment to serve as a quick access area. Will hold at least 4 lenses(depending on size, such as a 70-200, 24-70, 600mm and probably a 100-500 comfortably and two bodies. My only complains is that the two zippered areas lead to the same place, and is a little awkward on going to one compartment. Does have easy access to the laptop case, area.
