This company stands behind their products.After using the batteries for a few times in my brand new Gopro hero 9 for some reason they just stopped working. So I contacted the company and informed them what had happened.We emailed back and fourth a few times and then after I tried what they asked me to do they then sent me out 2 replacement batteries. They were very quick to respond and handle the issue I was having. I have 2 new batteries and they are working like flawlessly.Thank you
