Good Customer Service
When I ordered this tripod a month ago, I had received a faulty one that I was not happy about. Someone reached out to me and sent me another one (free of cost) and it works just fine now. Rarely, do you find companies that initiate the move to reach out to customers and apologize let alone, make an exchange. Despite, my initial disparity upon purchase, I can say I am a happy customer in the end and all thanks to Hishop.
