When you orient it and press to block it, it doesn't get disoriented one bit, like others I have lying around here. It has to move what you put on it, mobile or camera, practically in all directions.
I use it for timelapses and absolutely nothing moves.
It's metal, and seems durable. The threads and moving and adjustment parts are free of play and precise.
Includes 1/2 and 3/8 screw, so it is valid for many tripods.

The most important feature of a balhead is that the set positions can be firmly hold with no sliding or shifting whatsoever. The second most important is the easiness to set a position. this balhead is quite good in both departments, at least up to 2kg loads. In addition, it is not bulky nor heavy and quite cheap. The only downside is that the command of the balhead position is partly plastic and I have read on others review that it could break. Thus I am cautious and use the minimum of force to tighten the ball lock.
All in all, I am quite satisfied with that balhead

Unfortunately, I had to invest in a new ball head due to the loss of the quick-release plate (there is probably no extra). After contacting and asking, I was assured that this also fits the tripod described above. -> everything fine. Now I can use everything again.

I integrated the tripod head into my webcam setup. As a removable plate, I use the standard plate from PeakDesign, which is kept stable thanks to the Arca Swiss standard. So I can easily mount or detach my DSLR quickly.

I think it compensates, by far, compared to the carbon fiber version, which only saves a few grams, and is much more expensive. It is strong and stable, and looks smooth. Neither the package nor the head itself appears the K&F

Fits well for a Nikon Z6 with 24-70 f4 and L-mount.

Chose this particular model for the Arca Swiss quick release function. There are a few Gimbal stabilizers on the market, but not all propose the Arca Swiss standard. I've used it in Slimbridge for at the bird sanctuary as a trial one and it balanced the camera well. I was also able to set up and quickly disengage the camera at various viewing points around the sanctuary, including practical use in the bird houses. It's a very solid product and I'm really pleased.

Was a little stiff when taken out of the box but there a couple of YouTube video's that explain how to rectify that. Once you have done that , you have a very good Gimbal for not too much money
