Haven’t tried at night, so not sure about night vision rating request?But these are perfect for bird watching. I use them to watch Falcons nesting about 70meter from my flat and I can see them quite clearly.

I was really delighted with these binoculars. I had bought a much more expensive pair but found them very heavy so wanted something good enough but much lighter. Having come across these, and read the reviews, I decided to take a punt on these. I am really happy with them and they do everything I want them to do. For the price, I'd say they were just as good as the more expensive pair I swapped them for and beautifully light. So small they can easily be slipped into a pocket. They really are surprisingly good for the very reasonable price.
