We loved that right out of the box, both units were mostly-charged and worked perfectly! We have a 3000 square foot home and we take the master unit upstairs to our bedroom while monitoring our Mom sleeping downstairs. No glitches, No issues, No freeze-ups like we've seen in other reviews. This thing is just amazing! The Pan/Tilt/Zoom feature works flawlessly. We had to read the manual to get the most out of this amazing monitor and learned a few more cool things it does. Off-the-Chain One of the best products we've owned from the World of baby/Mom/Dad monitors! This gave us the peace of mind to get our sleep back that we've been missing. We can hear and see everything from the Monitor unit.

I liked the ease of set up and installation but when I had to reconfigure router to except this unit. I just about returning it As the price for a similar one that I found was 5g after I had to do the fiddling. Still a good camera so far.
