I had the opportunity to try this stand next to its predecessor the KF-TM2235, and immediately appreciate its improved stability, thanks to the increased sections of the tubes that make up the legs. Obviously, however, having increased the diameter, consequently also the weight increases, for this reason plastic inserts have been inserted to contain the overall weight. Plastic parts which, on the other hand, do not give the same feeling of strength compared to the previous version. This also gains the ability to transform into a monopod, I didn't need to use it in this mode but without a shadow of a doubt it can be useful especially when using heavy telephoto lenses.

Basically it's a good travel tripod, worth the money it costs.

A great tripod. Its 1/3 of the price of the leading manufacturer in tripods. Multiple options with the great option to turn it into a monopod

I bought the carbon tripod because I finally wanted a ball head :-). The tripod is incredibly light and yet very stable. The screw caps are easy to open and then tighten again. The camera sits great on the ball head and is then super adjustable. The fixing screws are smooth-running and yet very easy to fix. 1.: Unfortunately for me there are 2 small weaknesses in the product: The clamps for adjusting the tripod feet rattle incredibly. I always have to worry that the clamps will fall off. 2.: When the camera is attached to the plate on the ball head mount, the spirit level is on the side of the display, which I think is ok. BUT the knob for attaching the plate is then on the side of the lens. With my Sigma, however, the rotary knob is almost on the lens. There are only 10ths to 100ths between the rotary knob and the lens. I find this ugly.Otherwise, the tripod is a recommendation.Positive:-Weight-Stability-Size-Flexibility-faster useNegative:-Clamp to adjust the tripod legs rattle-Setting screw for attaching the mounting plate camera/ball head very, very, very tight to the Tripods from SigmaNevertheless a clear recommendation on my part.

Excellent tripod, very well built and in my opinion equal to much more expensive products. In my opinion it has only a couple of negative points:
- the "unscrew" leg locking system is not very fast, I would have preferred a lever release;
- it is quickly scratched and the marks can be seen on the paint;
For the rest it is perfect, only I would have preferred it a little lighter.
Included is also a carrying bag and it is possible to unscrew one leg and use it as a monopod.

Let's start from the beginning, the shipment arrived precise and the bag looks well made with the shoulder strap too. The tripod to the touch gives the idea of very robust, very stable, but not too light (1,375 kg on the scale). As you can see from the photos, a leg can be unhooked by means of a rotating screw in order to create the monopod. The stops of the telescopic feet are very well made and make everything stable.
There is no question about the quality of the product, it just gives the idea of well done.

The "handle" of the machine on the ball support is a little uncomfortable. some small difficulties in taking vertical photos if the tripod is not level, in that case it is necessary to adjust the height of the legs to make the camera go vertically, if the "bracket" that connects the sphere to the machine support base had been a little longer should not have been very precise in placing the tripod level. in any case, I would buy it again for the ease of use, the versatility, the weight and the results I have appreciated so far. up to 2 seconds of exposure with light camera breeze upside down and paws placed in the bed of pebbles in a stream the photos are perfectly still.

Great product for a beginner like me, it is stable, comfortable, light and sturdy.
Easy to carry thanks to its bag.
I recommend it for those who do not want to spend a lot but at the same time want a good product.
