This camera works very well and the picture quality is excellent. There is nothing to complain about with this camera. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of the user manual. This is not supplied and can only be downloaded as a file. The descriptions usually do not match the actual menu contents. I'm deducting a star for that, but only for that.

currently have three of the cameras. They give a good picture. The night vision is also better than you know it. So you will be surprised by the quality of the pictures for the price. It is then clear that something has to fall by the wayside at this price. The facility is positive. It is very quick and easy to scan with the app and code. That's it. The transmission with good WLAN is offset by one second, which is great. I can't judge how long they last yet. They make a visually solid and well-made impression. No defects or manufacturing problems to be seen. Respond well to the app with all controls ectr. Short and sweet. A good camera to monitor the property. With us she guards the garden including shed ectr. So far pleasantly surprised.

The delivery was lightning fast and the package was very well packed. What I didn't notice was that the package was placed in my mailbox even though I was on the 1st floor and I entered a detailed address. The app is very easy to install and I was able to easily connect the camera and router. The picture quality, resolution and motion control were better than I expected. I am very satisfied, but for the long-term consequence, I cannot comment. For example, how would the view be under rain or wind. How would communication be or how would the motion sensor work are the other questions from my side.

For this purpose, I wanted a camera that also takes satisfactory pictures in the dark, since there is a lot of darkness in winter. I found that this camera is well suited for this use. The camera looks like the photos. It's not too big so it's too noticeable on my door, but it's still visible so everyone knows they're being recorded. That alone can make a big difference when it comes to security. The camera is made of metal and shouldn't cause any problems in wind and weather. So far this has been the case for me too and the camera has withstood all weather conditions. Before attaching the camera, you should first connect and set it up with the app. I can imagine the process being made more difficult when the camera is already mounted outside. To do this, you first have to download the app using the QR code. With the app itself you have to register first, which I personally find a bit exhausting. Once registered, you can then connect the app to your device, which worked flawlessly and quickly for me. After that I was able to try out the camera. The picture is really great, I definitely don't need more. I can rotate the camera manually and I can talk through the app. The sound, even coming out of the camera, is crisp and clear. That's great too. When you see something you want to capture, you can either take a picture or a screenshot. This happens without much delay, so that you can really capture what you want. Motion detection is also important to me. The app always notifies me when it detects motion. Here you can also set how sensitive the camera should react to movement, in which period of time you want to record movements and in which zone. I find that really successful here. You can do the same thing with sound detection. Overall I think the camera is solid. It works well, the picture is great and it has many features.

The K&F surveillance camera is specially designed for outdoors. My previous cameras are used to monitor pets, but of course I also want to know what happens in my/our absence. Fiddle around a bit to try some things, e.g. B. when creating scenes, routines / schedules, within which the camera should be "sharp", or when the light should be switched on. ► What the cameras can do - Requirements for good reception Based on my previous experiences with other cameras of this or a similar type, I was not disappointed here either, although I prefer operation via LAN cable, at least indoors, for fundamental reasons. The respective image from the surveillance camera is detailed and sharp during the day. If you zoom in (digitally), this is more or less at the expense of the sharpness, despite 2K, because there is no optical zoom. In night vision mode and tending to low light and in the dark, the image is still satisfactory and not faint and blurry. Then black and white without light, but ok. If, on the other hand, the spotlight is activated, you have color and more details even in the dark. This is a certain added value and may also serve as a deterrent, whereby the infrared mode detects movements and then activates the light, while the alarm mode lives up to its name... ;-) The area to be monitored regularly should be narrowed down as precisely as possible in advance , so that the camera despite motor. An occasional data backup (PC or similar) can't do any harm anyway, although the question is what third parties want to do with the recordings... (unless thieves break in and cover up tracks...). The cloud service is therefore not absolutely necessary here. ►►► Conclusion: Overall, the camera makes a good impression in terms of equipment and also visually. Ensure the best possible reception, because there are many sources of interference lurking in the 2.4 GHz network, which can have an unfavorable effect. If that works, you get a smooth, sharp picture during the day, with a limited wide angle, but also motor. Steering. The resolution in the dark is also good using the spotlight, although a number of details can also be made out at a distance in addition to the color view. Note: Alarms ("warning notifications") via motion detection/sounds are possible, ok for my purposes and therefore usable. Remote access also works, which means extra security on the go. Nevertheless, if there are any problems (too many/too few alarms), you should generally tinker a little and avoid moving backgrounds or background noise as much as possible. Despite the lack of long-term experience, there are also four stars from a price point of view because I like the scope of services.

The camera must be located so that the 2.4GHz WiFi signal is good. I installed a heavy-duty micro SD card in the camera for storage. The camera records to this SD card, or if you pay for a subscription the video is stored in the cloud (in addition to or instead of local storage I assume). When the camera is activated, it records all the time. The app has many settings to customize how it works, e.g. B. Setting notifications, notification triggers (sound or motion) and motion detection in a preset region. Recorded footage can be viewed using the app and copied to the mobile phone running the app. You can zoom into the video via the app. The quality of the video and sound quality day and night is amazing. Video is time and date stamped. Motion tracking is very good. The sensitivity of the motion detection can be adjusted. The camera view can also be controlled from the app, even with preset views. The camera's live feed can be viewed - good smooth video too. The initial pairing of the camera with the app can be a bit frustrating, but follow the instructions correctly and you'll be fine. I would recommend this camera to everyone.

NOT WITH THIS CAMERA — YOU CAN CHOOSE CLOUD OR INSTALL YOUR OWN MICRO SD CARD FOR VIDEO FILES THAT WILL BE SAVED AS 5 MINUTE CLIPS IN MP4, TIME AND DATE STAMPED SO THEY TRANSFER EASILY TO YOUR MAC/PC AND BROWSE THE FOOTAGE IN REAL TIME INSTEAD OF STREAMING (THIS CAN BE TIDY IF THE INTERNET CONNECTION IS POOR). WATCHING FILM MATERIAL AT HOME OR IN ANOTHER COUNTRY FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE IS EASY AND THE APP ALLOWS MULTIPLE CAMERAS OF THE SAME BRAND/DIFFERENT MODELS. THE PTZ ROTATION MECHANISM SEEMS TO BE ROBUST AFTER 8 MONTHS. IMAGE QUALITY IS GOOD WITH NIGHT INFRARED OR COLOR NIGHT MODE OPTIONS VIA THE BUILT-IN LED AND COMES WITH CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS, ALL RELEVANT BRACKETS, SCREWS AND A POWER PLUG. IF YOU MOUNT IT OUTDOORS AND YOUR POWER SUPPLY IS FAR AWAY, THE CABLE COULD BE CONSIDERED SLIGHTLY SHORT BUT I AM SURE THERE ARE WAYS TO EXTEND THE CABLE. THE CABLE IS PERMANENTLY CONNECTED TO THE DEVICE. REMEMBER THIS IF CURRENT RANGE IS A PROBLEM. I STILL HAVE TO TRY THE CAMERA OUTSIDE... TBC. FINALLY, THE FREE APP THAT'S INCLUDED: YOU CAN OPEN THE APP WITHOUT WHATEVER ADS HAMMED BEFORE USING ANY OF ITS FEATURES. HOPE IT STAYS THAT WAY!.. I HAVE 6 SECURITY CAMERAS OF THIS BRAND USING THE SAME APP SO I CAN SWIP BETWEEN ALL THE CAMERAS IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. ADDITIONAL CAMERA INFORMATION CAN BE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST IF NECESSARY.

For the price this is a great kit, easy install, good picture quality, motion detection is brilliant, the camera will follow you as you move through the area, also has the function to send notifications when something is detected and around that To top it off, it has two-way audio so you can yell at any unwanted guest, while it lasts it's a decent bit of kit. The only thing I don't like is that the movement is inverted, the setting hasn't been corrected yet, but I would definitely recommend it.

Good value for money, but the instructions for setting up and using it are a bit too short. Suddenly, the ease of commissioning suffers a little.

In the beginning the camera didn't work reliably, but that was due to the settings that I didn't understand. The manual isn't particularly insightful in some areas either. But I had great contact with support, a gentleman took a lot of time and explained everything to me with screenshots and by email so that I could make all the settings. One would always wish for such support! Now the camera works reliably, alarms are reported to my smartphone, I can dial into the camera image and control the camera remotely. Everything perfect!
