This is an amazing little microscope, that went far beyond my expectations — especially for something of its size and portability. I bought it for my child because I thought it would be a fun little tool for him to explore around the house and outdoors — to see how things are really composed, beyond what we typically see. He LOVES it! We went on a hike and it was amazing all the little things we found. We now have photos and video of things like a ladybug’s face close up, going about its business. As I said, it was purchased for my child, but I found myself using it quite a bit as well. I had a little dot on my skin, the other day, that really hurt and I couldn’t figure out why. Turns out, under the microscope, it was a pretty nasty puncture wound with a tiny foreign shard of something. Also… the email customer service response from Andonstar is fantastic — truly among the best I’ve ever experienced. I can’t recommend this enough. :)

Tried 2 of the cheaper scopes and they failed miserably. Paid a bit more for this and it is 10 times the quality and performs brilliantly. Buy it, worth every cent.

Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase. This handheld microscope makes determining the maturity of Cannabis a simple task. The fact that you can capture images on the go and examine them on a high resolution monitor sets this Tool above 99% of other options. Enables me to ensure I harvest at the right time. Highly recommended to those looking for a quality Trichome examination tool.
