Lightweight, comfort in wearing for long period of time. Good sound quality. Everything I was looking for in this type of product.

It’s exactly what I was looking for in wireless earpiece. I work as a dispatcher/medical courier 13 hours per shift. This last the whole night and is clear and easy to hear.

I have really small ears so it’s hard for me to find an earpiece that stays in my ear let alone one that is comfortable!

I bought it to replace a cheaper one. People don't complain on quality of sound. My only dis like is it has to go into the case to charge. This is offset by the incredible battery life which makes charging on the go not required.

Great sound quality, and support is fantastic, although I have had no issues at all! :) Highly recommend for business owners and others who constantly make calls like sales pros
