It is okay. But it is very hard to understand. I can’t figure out how to use the ear piece buttons. I have to use my actual phone to do anything, which I feel defeats half the purpose of the hands free feature. It is also uncomfortable in the ear.

Unfortunately it does not work I can hear the people talking but they cannot hear me talking I would like to have a replacement if possible thank you

This not only a nice looking earpiece, but sounds amazing for a single ear Bluetooth headset! It has 3 different ear sizes to fit comfortably. I am an audio engineer and sound quality is everything to me. This delivers excellent natural sound quality!

The pricing was good, the fitment after a days wearing becomes very irritating, holder could have been Slimline to fit the ear better. The on-off button is very very touchy, I hung up on 90% of my calls due to adjusting the earpiece for better hearing. On the other hand I did really like the charging case probably the best feature of the entire unit.
