You get pretty good quality for the price. The remote control works and on the subject of stability, one must not forget that this product is primarily a selfie stick that can also be used as a tripod in a practical way. I think it's fine for home use once it's set up

For on the go I find it rather unsafe and not so practical but for at home the self-timer and the light are great for the price!

Selfie stick is what you need! Light control is just wow! But I had to think carefully about how to open the tripod legs :)
