I was quite pleased to know this technology exists for those that wish to have surveillance of a certain area and not requiring a Wi-Fi connection. I set up this camera for our cottage property which doesn’t have a Wi-Fi connection although there is excellent cellular service there. Now I am very glad to know I can keep a watchful eye on my property as I do feel anxious at times not knowing if someone went there and broken to my property to steal my things. The camera provides excellent high definition video quality and can be programmed to notify me of any detected emotion that it sees. There is an option to sign up for cloud storage so that you can review the footage if it was missed which I like. Overall, this camera is a perfect solution for safe guarding my cottage property and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and energy efficient surveillance option

Current price point at the time/date of this review: $199.99 after a 17% discount provided by the seller at this time. Pricing is fair and generally within the average going rate given this is 4G/LTE enabled unit. I own a similar type unit from the same brand that happened to be going for just a little less. Both units are to be considered really well priced given the market average.Given the value and build quality, this unit works great. The solar panel looks to be one of those “updated” designs with a really nice quality finish and design. Keep in mind, this is a solar CHARGING unit and not a solar powered unit. Take a moment to let that sink in and hopefully it’ll make some more sense. I would recommend fully charging this camera unit up before going ahead with real world use, this way you’ll avoid the unnecessary over extended “top up” that’ll be required (and to be maintained.)Video quality and features work fine. A worthy contender.

She looks good. also works great picture top. charging input USB C Powerbang, solar. USB power supply with 3 min live view per day without power connection consumes about 10% battery power. Unfortunately, I can't say how much data it receives or sends, so I signed up for a monthly plan with €10 and 10 GB. 120€ a year with 120GB if an app in the camera should go wrong what happened with Arlo Go in a month 12GB consumed permanent queue after that it no longer works until the end of the month. That's why I have a second camera from K&F Concept Ring and Arlo via an LTE router

Set up and mounted in rural northern Alberta and I am satisfied with the camera. Video quality on HD is great and notifications upon activity are also great. Would recommend.

Installing the camera through the application is not very intuitive. Reason I remove 1 star because we had to spend time there. After several iterations, the video arrives safely on the smartphone. The picture is pretty good with a wide angle. To record videos you need a micro SD card, which is not included. The software sends alerts to the application when the camera detects people in the image. Not very discreet, this camera already has the benefit of being seen, potentially deterring thieves looking for the opportunity.

Edit: 4G support in Canada is best in urban areas with the signal bands that this camera supports. After communicating back and forth, the seller indicates LTE-FDD：B2/B4/B5/B12/B13/B25/B26 as being supported. Make sure your cell provider supports that at the desired location. The Seller gave a partial refund after I could not get it to work in rural Nova Scotia. I kept it for the excellent USB-C solar panel charger.The camera itself is fantastic. I was able to get this working on Rogers in middle of Calgary, but not in rural Canada at its intended location. As such, I was able to test the APP and the save-to-memory card... everything works great. Perfectly in fact.It is too bad all these 4G type cameras don't have any indicators whatsoever to aid in troubleshooting other than a LED to indicate a problem. In a perfect world they would be dual WIFI+4G so you could use them on a LAN when 4G isn't available, and be able to log into them via wifi for troubleshooting purposes.

Very good camera. I've only installed it for a few hours but everything seems perfect. Color night vision. I would prefer 2K, but paying the difference with HD quality isn't worth it. Note: Choose HD quality, which will output in SD by default.

They are available cheaply and work easily and reliably with apps. Most cameras work via a WLAN connection and are therefore always dependent on WLAN and the power supply. This camera is an exception. It has a solar panel which is included to charge the battery as long as the sun is at the start. The battery should then supply the camera with power for the dark hours. This works quite well in the test and the camera has no dropouts in my case. Another advantage of the camera is that it does not depend on WiFi. You can simply insert a SIM card into the device and access the camera remotely. The set includes a SIM card with a volume of 100MB - that's not much and has to be increased for a fee after use. However, data SIM cards from the common network operators can also be installed (but it must be clear that this is always associated with running costs). For storage, there is either the cloud or a memory card (must be purchased). In my opinion, the memory card makes sense, since the data volume is not burdened. The camera is controlled via an app - here, as so often, I am concerned that data protection and security are not taken very seriously. This must be taken into account when considering the purchase, depending on how sensitive the monitored area is. Everything is included for assembly and the camera is waterproof / dustproof and therefore suitable for outdoor use. Overall a solid set - my recommendation

I think this camera is just brilliant, it arrives safely packaged and with you and with a little basic knowledge it is easy to assemble and handle even without a manual. With an inserted SIM card, you can mount it almost anywhere where there is mobile phone reception, supplied by the solar cell and the camera itself with electricity. The motion detector works perfectly just like the intercom and intercom. You can also insert a memory card. When the camera comes up, you can use your phone to control it as you like top bottom left right straight ahead. Great design, great quality, just awesome. Not exactly cheap at 199 € but definitely worth the money 5 stars and clear purchase recommendation
