I took it on the golf course a couple of times and really like how easy it is to use. Once you figure out how to do the measurements. It automatically buzzes when you hold down the measure button and displays the distance in the eye piece, on the side screen and if that wasn't enough, it also speaks the distance. So basically after it buzzes you don't need to look through the eye piece or even the side lcd screen as it verbally tells you the distance. If you need the rise in elevation or angle trajectory you can look on the side screen or through the lens.
This also can be used for hunting, point and shoot distance which can be changed from yards to feet to meters. I don't think a range finder gets better than this. Hope this helps

This rangefinder fit the bill and came in at a very competitive price. It has an upgraded sturdy body and carrying pouch. It was easy to figure out how to use. I like the voice feature, too, it will “tell” you the yardage.

Has two nice features, the voice telling the yardage and the screen on the side. Worth the money. Seems to be pretty accurate .
