Let's start by getting this over with. These ARE night vision goggles and no, they are NOT high end goggles. Okay, when that's over, let's break this down. Some people don't realize that there are many different types of NVGs. Unlike the classic image intensifier style, these are digital night vision devices. The difference? Vacuum tubes are exchanged for a low-lux camera. This makes it cheaper and easier to produce. Please understand that if you want the "classic" glasses you will have to pay in the thousands compared to the $200 I got these for. A few things about function, these are great for the price. The only thing I would have improved would be a wider angle for the lenses. Visibility is very limited with these, making it a bit difficult to move around in tight spaces. Nevertheless, these are still very comfortable to wear and work very well. No, you won't see great detail at extreme distances, but it's still a great device. Also note that at this price point the two IR lights are slightly in the visible spectrum. So, in operation, you see two bright red eyes piercing the dark abyss. This might be a deal breaker for some, but I'm okay with striking fear into the hearts of my enemies when a shadowy demon emerges from the darkness. All in all I am very happy with this purchase and despite a few minor imperfections these will make a great addition to my airsoft gear and great for general entertainment during a long day at work.

Pretty great for the money. Obviously this isn't a high end 3rd or 4th gen nvg so it's not fair to compare this to it. This is one of the few affordable night vision kits currently available with a 1X zoom. So if you want a 1X NVG without dropping 1 to 15 grand, this is your best bet right now. While this is a 1X zoom and technically you COULD go with it, I wouldn't recommend doing it much unless you have to. The screen is small and can be quite confusing. Better than nothing but not great for walking around. The IR lights built into the set are not 940nm which means the lights are visible to the naked eye. This isn't a big deal for me as I also bought a separate 940nm light to use instead. Just leave the device in IRO mode so the built-in lights don't come on. If the visible IR lights aren't a problem for you, they work as is. The device is quite small and light, so no problem with the weight on your head when carrying it. Overall I would recommend to anyone who wants an affordable 1X nvg but understands you are buying a <$200 NOT $3k 3rd gen device.

was trying to avoid buying a $500 scope for my $100 airgun and that didn't work. This is actually a monocle centered between your eyes and displayed on a screen. So you can't shoulder your airgun and then point the camera lens at your locations because your neck would need to be much longer and more flexible than it is. It's possible to rest the gun's butt against your chin and line up the sides, but that comes with its own problems: 1) you don't have the stability to line up a shot, and 2) the IR lights on either side of the lens reflect the rear iron side and barrel so much that you cannot see the front bead. Maybe you could try putting it on a tripod and mounting a scope so that the lens is snug against the scope, blocking the glare from the IR...but that won't work very well for me since all my Targets are within 10 yards and don't stay still long enough for me to move that much. That being said, you can see pretty well in the dark up to the advertised 75 metres. I took off 1 star because the eye shield is very poorly shaped and puts a lot of weight on the bridge of the nose even when attached to the headband.

will say this is the best night vision for me just because I have never owned night vision. The glasses are robust, durable and easy to use. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is just getting into tactical gear but isn't willing to shell out thousands of dollars to see anything at night. That doesn't mean it's without issues though, here's a list of some pros and cons: Pros: -Cheap, cheap is good -It's durable and sturdy (the NOD itself) -It's easy for beginners -Quite long Battery life when turned off (mine lasted about a week on a full charge) Cons: - the screen glows fairly brightly and the two IR illuminators glow red, making you easy to see - the IR illuminators have a fairly limited range

I received them today and they are being charged now. The first thing I noticed was a scuff/scuff mark on one of the IR lenses, which shouldn't affect much. Otherwise it seems well made for the price. The rubber around the screen isn't too stiff like I've seen with other NV/IR sets, which is great, but if you wear glasses this device won't work for you. I'll edit my review as soon as I'm able to turn it on and try it out tonight.

So I received my goods within a few days. Great start! A nice hard case is included to protect the device when not in use. I was missing the charging cable, but I had plenty of them lying around... and it was already charged :) The headband is easy to install and convenient to use. The device itself is great! You can adjust the backlight (the brightness inside the glasses) and IR brightness. You can turn off the IR illuminator and use an IR flashlight instead, which is nice. The image is fantastic and can be fine-tuned with the focus wheel. This is useful as the glasses can also magnify X2 which is great! I tried them out in a darkened bathroom as soon as possible. With the goggle light and IR flashlight I could see EVERYTHING clearly. This article is amazing and I really wish I had had it much sooner. BUY THIS!

My husband and I camp often and wanted a night vision goggle for evenings when we are at camp. We researched many different brands and finally settled on K&F Concept and are very glad we did! It is very easy to set up and use. The instructions are very well written. The device itself is easy to use and offers a number of different options for brightness, zoom and focus. In addition, there is a very stable and well-made carrying case. I would highly recommend you to choose this night vision scope if you are looking for one in the market!

With wooded grounds miles away from power lines and city lights, a night under the trees can be pitch black. You literally can't see your own hand when you put it in front of your face. After turning on the glasses, I tried them out in different settings around my house. I could see clearly in a closet with the door closed. I walked around the block and definitely saw everything in great detail. I wear glasses that do not allow you to fully adjust the device to your eyes and nose. Even with severe short-sightedness, the glasses compensated with 1x magnification. @2x the view gets blurry and I don't find it useful. Depth perception can be a little confusing until the mind and eyes get used to it. My only concern is that the case seems a bit too light, but only time will tell if it's durable. For this price range I'm good with what I got for my money. I've gained a tactical and safety advantage that will pay off.
