Yongnuo YN35mm F2 Lens 1:2 AF/ MF Wide Angle Fixed / Fixed Focus AF Lens for Canon EF mount EOS cameras
SKU: GW21.0001
There wasn't any way I was going to spend $500+ on a 30 mm lens for my canon. It wouldn't make sense for me to do that in the first place. But this guy gets the job done! It's officially my go to lens.

Loud auto focus, focus slightly off but for the price can’t complain too much

I was pleasantly surprised by the results of this lense! Great lense to have in the bag at a great price.

Definitely a great lens for the value, no regrets in using this lens for my photography

I use it in my Canon t6i and I do well, the autofocus I think is what lacks most, and more with which includes me in my camera but hence everything good, for me that I'm starting is very well, so if you want blurred photos with that bokeh focus and a good resolution this is the option, I do not recommend the 50mm 1.8 because it gives a lot of zoom and you do not gives a lot of vision to the panorama, that is why I asked for this lens, still I prefer a 24mm with a 2.0 would look perfect of this brand but unfortunately there is no: (, that is my dream to buy a 24mm lens in aps-c or a 35mm full frame I think the perfect focal length to take all kinds of photo.

You get what you pay for, but for the price it’s a great lens. The auto focus is a little noisy and it can be hit or miss if recording yourself using a tripod. Other than that you’re getting a good lens for the price paid. Great for beginners or someone that just doesn’t want to spend an arm and a leg.

Bought this to use on my Canon 50D, which I've converted to a webcam. I didn't want to tie up a high-end lens which I could be using with newer cameras, so I found this one and it's perfect for the job.
The 50D's crop sensor makes it a 56mm lens, which is just right from ~5 feet away.
The depth of field is more than shallow enough for webcam—any shallower and parts of your face will be visibly out of focus. Using the Canon webcam software with OBS Studio, this works perfectly.
