I love the material of the quality really nice metal and looks sturdy. It's abit annoying with the legs they don't lovk into place and when u go to move the tripod the legs fold back inwards. So be careful so your tripod doesn't tip over and harm ur 1000+$ camera. So I have to constantly grab the legs after moving it and re adjust them by pulling them outwards again. I feel they should lock in place somehow.

I bought this as a replacement for a cheap but lite-weight Samsung that was damaged. At first I was put off by the number of knobs and latches. It doesn't have an arm for adjustment like other tripods. But after using it a few times on very uneven ground, I've come to appreciate it's multiple adjustments. The level indicator is handy. It's a little heavier then my old one but folds up nicely. It seams sturdy and well built. Recommended for the semi-professional and serious photographer.

Super quality tripod! I recently purchased this to replace an old one I had had for 20 years. The difference is prominent. I have tested using this new tripod for landscape and astro several times. It's light-weighted, sturdy and flexible. There are a lot of mounting position adjustments you can try on it. Very happy so far!

This tripod has come in handy in SO many situations, and I've been able to adjust it to fit all my recording needs!
