Really good! Now I can take photos of everything again. The landscape, animals or secretly the neighbors. And it doesn't matter what kind of sunshine it is!

Not sure how long I’ve head these, close to a year, I think. They are fantastic for my video work. When shooting lower budget business promos or mini documentaries outside, I almost always have one of these ND filters on.
It really cuts the low HDR on my lowest priced camera package. I do a lot of videos for Fly Fishing guides and have an ND filter of the quality and variability makes me feel like I have a lot more control.
I normally am running Canons from 70D on the low end of my package deals.
As far as video quality goes, I can’t notice that the filter was on in post, except that I have a shallow depth of field and my highlights aren’t blown out.

I took some long exposure photos of waterfalls in the middle of the afternoon and got beautiful results. I'm no professional, but to me, there was no noticeable color cast. I love it, and I'm going to order one that will fit my other lens, too.

This thing works great. Smooth adjustment, solid build. Color looks just right. Cheaper than some of the competition. Can really control light coming in without switching settings around in camera, so you can play with some outdoor 1.2 aperture or just fast for run and gun. Heres a trick, get a larger one and some step down rings so one filter will fit multiple lenses. ;)

You can’t do much better for this price! There are some X artifacts at the darkest setting but other than that this is a fantastic value for a variable ND. Using this on my sigma 16mm on an a6400

I purchased this variable ND filter to use on Nikon D300s with 18-200mm lens. I tested the filter against a white wall over various settings: f-stops, shutter speeds, ISO and ND settings. Works quite well at all settings except extreme ND where I saw uneven brightness areas on the exposure but I had to push ISO past 3200 to even get the exposure. At 3200 ISO it could also be the camera. In all I am very satisfied and would recommend this variable ND filter for most amateur photographers. For amateur photographers the price is right.

Good build quality, but I would prefer to have smoother and easier turning. It is a little stiff. For the money the build quality is good. Image quality is good, just make sure to use the filter in the intended range shown on the markings. Heavy vignetting begins to appear on the last dot (darkest setting) and beyond that you can see the infamous X-pattern. Going to the lighter end, I see no vignetting at all. I use this between the brightest dot, and second-darkest dot. There is a yellowish colour cast that is present in the entire frame, thankfully no colour splotches that are difficult to fix. There is no colour shift when you move the ring. My biggest inconvenience is just that the filter thread on the front of the filter is slightly larger than my lens' filter thread, which means I can't put my lens cap on the filter. On my fuji XF16-80mm, the lens hood will not fit when the filter is on.Overall it does the job pretty well in most situations (overcast, indoors, golden hour, etc) , except in direct sunlight (at noon) you will have to stop down your aperture to maintain a 1/48th shutter speed. Some inconveniences but many of them can be worked around. You get what you pay for at this price.

The only problem I ran into was having to autofocus the scene first, then change the settings to manual and then add the filter and adjust the shutter speed based on the ND settings. Other than that, it is a great filter...

I bought this Variable ND filter to accompany my first camera, the Canon M50.
It fits perfectly, and has allowed me to get some fantastic photos outside in broad daylight, including some long exposure photos of water that turned out silky smooth.
I love the variable aspect and don't notice a lot of vignetting. Definitely worth the money, would recommend to anyone who just bought a camera, as ND filters make outside taking photos so much better!

Love it works great. However! if you have a 58mm thread you will need to buy a 62mm lense cover as the front thread is larger than the back thread and the 58mm will not fit. Just a helpful tip when looking into buying this product.
