This is not a plug-it-in and the magic happens device. It took me a while to understand the setup - and that was most likely me - but Support was prompt and helpful. They were more than happy for me to send it back but I kept it and good thing. It works like a charm. The features are superior and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this weatherstation. The troubleshooting is detailed and helpful, but the customer service is way above-average.

My last weather station was damaged in a hurricane. This prompted me to research online for a more stable unit. I came across the KALEVOL Professional station on Amazon. The price was right and the reviews were pretty good. I purchased the unit and was surprised at how nice it was. The installation was not difficult and it works very well. The WiFi on this unit connected without any Hassell. I am glad I made the decision to purchase this unit.

Set up was pretty easy. Once I followed the instructions in order, it worked right away! I love the screen layout, and the multi-colors to easily find different weather indications.

This weather station has it all. Everything a weather buff like me needs to know. The display is very large and bright. The capability to go back and check past rainfall rates and amounts is very handy. Would highly recommend this weather station to anyone wanting to know all about the weather.

Update- I was able to contact support via email. I told him the problems I was having getting it to work. He suggested a different model and sent that one free of charge. I was able to get everything to work on this one. I've not mounted it outside yet because I've not decided where to put it. It will work fine once outside.
