This is a great weather station. It took a couple of resets to get it started but once I got it, it has been pretty accurate in measuring the rainfall, the wind speed, direction and temperature. The only draw back is reading it from across the room it’s hard to see but I’m okay with that.

Really enjoy it. Seems very accurate look at it everyday. Definitely recommend it

Setting up the unit seemed easy enough and it connected as long as it was in the same room. The minute I took the sensor outside it could not connect and it is only about 50 feet away. Now the temperature is blinking and I can't find what does that. Also, the display is always dim it only gets bright when I touch it and I can't find a reason for that either. I have tried support to no avail basically there is no support. I had an Acurite for years and now I am sorry that I did not stick with it but the write-ups on this one seemed better. Not happy at all.
OK so I am editing the original post as the support people finally got back to me. They fixed the connection issue and the issue of the rain amount being wrong. The rain was a user error (read the instructions) and the connection solution worked even though it seemed odd... You have to remove all power from both devices (batteries and plug) and let the system sit for 12 hours after I did that the connection worked very well I still don't have a solution to why the unit dims all the time but I can live with that as long as the data is accurate.
Final edit ... the support that I received was very good they were able to work out all of the issues I had. It is now working like a champ. I am very happy with the device and would definitely recommend it.

This was working really good since I bought it July 2022, but suddenly stopped connecting to the outdoor station and never reconnected. I changed batteries in both, tried hitting the reset button on the station & still nothing. Very very disappointed as I use this daily

I've always wanted a weather station but can't afford one for 200 dollars I seen this one and thought I would give it a try, glad I did, it takes it a couple days to adjust to cloudy/ sunny/ rainy/ etc.... but once it cycles thru it does a great job. I've had this for about a month and so far no problems, definitely want to add batteries during setup, I did not do this and out power went out and everything reset so what rain we had gotten previous to the power outage was lost along with the previous month rainfall. No biggie just a heads up if you keep track of the rain.

The first unit we received didn’t work. We contacted the company via email and they sent us another entire unit, not just the part that wasn’t functioning. It’s a good size and is accurate

Excellent unit once it was set up. display is bright and easy to read. The first unit that was received did not function properly. The battery operation was not working. The solar operation did work but resulted in no data at night or during heavy overcast. Contacted the company and received a response in less than 24hs and a new replacement in less than a week. New unit is up and running. Extremely happy so far.
