Received the weather station which was packaged professionally. The weather station was very easy to set up and worked perfectly. I accidentally damaged the mounting hardware and contacted the service center to purchase the part that I damaged. The company, without any hesitation, replaced the entire system and had it on my doorstep several days later. I will definitely do business with this company in the future.

weather station quit working after two months.Kalevol customer service acted quickly and replaced the unit now all is well. this company is all about customer service and they have a great product reasonably priced.

First off the one I received the wind direction didn’t vary from due north. I teached to company via email on Sunday and on Tuesday I had a complete new unit delivered. So of course there is gonna be issues from time to time but this customer service is first rate buy with confidence. Set was easy just plug in gist put batteries in remote sensor push 1 button done.

I had it installed and it was done with its setup in about 30 minutes c and it does everything the instructions say.
I had a problem with it as it would not read the wind speed correctly so I contacted kalevol and they sent me a new one and it works perfectly. Excellent customer service

I really like this weather station. Very easy to setup, read and use. My daughter set up the mechanics out side on my deck rail. The weather information was coming up as we were setting it up. Great system!

Purchased this as a gift. I admit we did have a connection issue, but the company sent us a brand new one. This one is working great. I don't know that the accuracy is exact on the rain gauge....but it's close enough. You will need a pretty open area to set it up in (you don't know that until you get in to the instructions), but aside from that, set up was easy. Also, I had a bit of an issue with the tiny bolts holding the Weather Station to the pole; they didn't seem to want to tighten enough to keep it from moving...a tiny drill bit helped with that issue. Overall, this provides a lot of weather related information, and though you may need to rely on the actual NOAA or your local weather service for complete accuracy, when you're heading outside it's good to know the temperature (including wind chill), etc.. It's a good product.

Bought it for my mother for Christmas, and she loves it! Works like a charm. Easy to set up. It also doesn’t even use wifi, so that’s a plus. I love having my own weather station at home. Highly recommend buying one for yourself!
