Motorcycle helmet Bluetooth intercom, Bluetooth 5.1 motorcycle earphone, with CVC noise reduction and FM radio function, capable of 4 riders talking simultaneously within the 1500M range (1 set)
SKU: GW53.0081
They work as said. Above 60 MPH the sound is drowned out by the wind. Has worked well in extended time in moderate rain. The biggest con is that the units sometimes fail to sync together. I assumed it was because of a low battery, but I haven't been able to nail down why they don't connect sometimes, this is pretty rare. The wind blocking foam on the microphone also fell off mid ride in a full face helmet. Overall it is a very good value for money, but there are a few bugs that need to get worked out to get the headsets to sync to intercom.

I have used it every weekend for courier work for approx. 2 months.
Pros:
- Loud speakers: for phone calls the maximum volume is even too loud in a city. My previous headset was a lot cheaper and I struggled to hear even in a downtown area at relatively slow speeds.
- Great noise cancellation: the people who talked to me on the phone via the V6 could not hear that I was on a motorcycle (in a city, at speeds of up to 50 kph or 30 mph).
- The speaker/charging port is more durable than the USB ones.
- Good battery life, the battery lasts for days.
- Good system to fix to a helmet.
Cons:
- It does not show the remaining battery level anywhere - not next to the bluetooth button, nor in a dedicated app (which does not exist). When the battery is low, it starts to say it via the speakers and the lower the level gets, the often it says it, starting from once an hour to every few minutes near 0%. If you have to continue using it for hours like this, it becomes very annoying and distracting.
- It has an antenna which sometimes catches onto a jacket or something else.
- It has a lot of small buttons. If you do not need pairing with other motorcyclists, it is too much work trying to remember which button does what at the beginning, but latter you learn to feel your way around them.
I think it is good value for money if you need a basic headset just to make/receive calls and for navigation apps.

Great range and battery last a lot, about 4 hours playing music and talking to a friend in another device

Grabbed these for a trip i made with a friend and they worked great to keep us in contact... We got well separated on various occasions and they still kept us connected... Can only listen to music or other person not both at the same time.

Order these for my son and I when we go dirt biking and four wheeling took them down to Hatfield McCoy in West Virginia. We had two side by sides between us and we're still able to talk clearly to each other I also use it on my street bike for directions works great. I don't know maybe the other ones that are more expensive are worth it but these seem to work fine, especially considering the price.

The manuals are trash, throw them away. Find a good Youtube video on them and go from there. They were quite well for a pair.

I ordered these to use for two way communication between on-field sports officials. They work great; they are loud and clear, they are easy to synch and batteries last a long time. Others I have used were very difficult to synch, in some cases never completed and were of no use. These cost far less and work much better; I bought two for about one third the price of one of the others. They are marketed for motorcycle use and come with mic and speakers for helmet use. I just ordered the appropriate headsets for field use and I was ready to go. I'm sure they work great for cycle use too but I haven't used them for that. I use them almost every day and highly recommend them.
