I got this when I got a large telephoto lens. I use it to shoot action shots from a distance, and so far it's been working out pretty well. It gives me the ability to quickly pivot the camera as needed, while providing a stable support.

Bought it as a gift for a neighbor that takes a lot of pictures on her nature hikes. She has a tripod and said it's too much to be carrying around all the time. She carries this all the time and says she's able to use her telephoto lens and the pictures come out great.

Amateur photographer and I loved it. Worked perfectly for the job I needed to do.

Easy to use and the case makes it effortless to transport. Bought one for my daughter too.

Perfect. Super tall, but obviously adjustable and compact when stored. Would advise getting a quick release attachment though.

No quick release, and the whole monopod must be twisted to mount it to a camera. There's a rotating disk surrounding the mounting screw that provides some stability, but it's just about the cheapest mechanism that they could get away with. Same with the telescoping monopod extender, which is locked by very cheap plastic levers that must be manually, slowly extended if you wish to use it. It's a very inexpensive monopod, though, so no surprises, and for the price it's acceptable.

Everything on the pod adjusts well with no hint of flimsiness. Feels firm when adjusted to place. Very happy to use this with my AGM TM160

After getting a new 4lb 600mm lens was way too heavy to keep hoisting all day so got this monopod. It's light and adjust quickly for multiple angle changes on passing birds. *the photos attached are screenshots so they don't accurately portray how stable the shot was.
Works well! Works well! Works well!
