Got this recorder for it can transform voice into text. It’s slim and fits my iPhone 14 pro well. To test the recording and transcribing capability I used an 8-minute video from YT. I place the recorder on my desk next to the external speaker. The room was quiet and the volume was loud. Ideal conditions. It captured the entire video and transcribed it without issue. I did not go line by line but the scan of the text was very good.I then hit the summary function and that was very cool. It captured al the highlights and even created a graphic in the app. that was a map of the summary. That is included here in the pictures. Overall this is a very cool device that is very portable. It is great for times you want to record something and then have it summarized for you.

This recorder is a fantastic concept. It’s small and lightweight. The device itself is beautiful and well-made. The functionality is amazing—I use it to record all of my classes and most of my meetings. Since getting a disability, I’ve needed recordings more often to help me focus on what’s being said, as taking notes and listening simultaneously have become more challenging. The transcription feature is a lifesaver, allowing me to easily index recordings for reference.
I appreciate that they give a few months to try out the pro-level subscription before requiring payment, but I don’t think I should have to pay for it. Fortunately, their after-sales team responded quickly, promising that all paid features would be free within three months. I’m hopeful they’ll keep their word and am looking forward to receiving good news soon.

I used this during a recent meeting which took a full 2 hours, and it's almost like magic with how it transcribes and then summarizes recordings. Really does make a huge difference in my productivity, and I cannot wait to use it more. And I like that it attaches to my phone, so I can record conversations without causing much attention. Owning a screen is great, I can check whether it's working. I did not use the Magsafe charging, but great to have this feature.

For me, this device is fantastic for making detailed work project plans and taking notes at my other job as a vendor. It’s super easy to record observations about stock issues and Planogram layouts. The efficiency and the numerous features (too many to list here) are impressive. One standout feature is its size—small and thin, fitting right in my pocket for easy access while I’m working.
My only concern is the monthly charge, which isn’t ideal. They’ve promised all features will be totally free in three months, so I’m hopeful. Overall, I definitely recommend this product!

I ordered both the Plaud and Kentfaith voice recorders to figure out which works better for me. Ultimately, I preferred the slim size and beautiful design of the Plaud recorder, while the features of the Kentfaith recorder were more attractive.
Plaud is as slim as a piece of paper and so sleek it doesn’t have space for a USB-C charging port. In contrast, the Kentfaith is thicker due to its 3000mAh battery and charges with a USB-C cable, which I prefer. Both support recording, dictation, and summary, but the Kentfaith stands out with 2-way translation on the fly and the ability to recharge my phone. Plus, it has a small display to show the status, which is a great bonus.
The Kentfaith app is more straightforward, while Plaud’s app is more aesthetic. I like that the Plaud app allows you to copy or share the summary, outline, etc., while the Kentfaith app only supports copying the transcription, though they are working on improving it.
Both Plaud and Kentfaith charge for transcription services. However, Kentfaith is cheaper, offering 3 months of free subscription with 600 minutes, compared to Plaud's 2 months with the same 600 minutes. Kentfaith also promised all AI functions will be free in 3 months.
After considering everything, I decided to keep the Kentfaith recorder.

What a game changer! I use this for my sales job, and it’s perfect for everything—from recording meetings and taking notes to jotting down phone orders to make sure I don’t miss anything. The performance is fantastic; it hasn’t missed a word yet, though it sometimes suggests the wrong word. No biggie—totally expected.
I even had a French-speaking customer drop by, and the real-time translation function came in handy. It worked, but the response speed was a bit slow.
The battery life has been seriously impressive. I’ve been using it for several workdays without needing to recharge. With my usage, it looks like it’ll easily last a full week. Plus, it attaches to the back of my phone without adding bulk and still fits comfortably in my back pocket.
Sure, it’s a bit pricey, but given the technology, how slim it is, and how well it works, it’s totally worth it.

I use this to record and transcribe interviews for my research, and I’m super impressed. I've used it in both English and Spanish, in noisy and quiet settings, and it does a stellar job transcribing everything. It captures the whole conversation accurately; the only time it struggles is when multiple people talk over each other.
The range is pretty solid too—it's picked up conversations in a decent-sized conference room. The AI summaries are spot on and super helpful for quickly creating meeting minutes or summarizing key themes from an interview. I bet it would be great in a classroom to summarize lectures, but I haven’t tried that yet.
I haven’t had any issues with audio quality like some others mentioned. It captures interview audio extremely well. Sure, it struggles a bit when many people are talking or laughing at once in a big room, but that’s not a problem for my main use.
I love this recorder/transcriber/note maker and definitely recommend it for anyone who needs accurate audio transcription and summaries!

I just started using the Kentfaith device, and I can already tell it’s going to make my job of creating notes so much easier. It practically does the work for me by summarizing the conversations I have with clients, whether on the phone or in person.

This isn’t just a normal recorder. Sure, it records your voice like a regular one, but it has a multitude of other functions that I haven't fully explored yet. First off, it seems well-made and durable. It’s lightweight and fits in a shirt pocket, making it easy to carry around. The basic features are straightforward to use.
The app is great too, although there is a bit of a learning curve. So far, I’m just getting into it, but it's working out well.
