I used it to locate electric and waterline inside a wall. This device is a godsend. I only wish I had bought it sooner.

We needed to see in the engine for sand and rust, we saw lots of both very clearly. And the battery life is great.

For the price, this is a great deal. It helped me clean crud out of an old gas tank that I would have never been able to see otherwise. It's also small enough to get in places to look for issues that would have required disassembly before. Game changer! Will buy one for my brother.
