It is a variable and polarizing ND filter. The ND is 5 steps, there are double, 10 steps (ND1000, 1024 to be exact). The polarizing filter eliminates light reflections on surfaces, cars, water, glass and also enhances the colors of the sky, leaves, asphalt, etc ... (search the internet for more information) Personally, I use it for videos so as not to by closing the shutter to lose depth of field (f9 up, now I can go to f2.3 without burning the frames due to too much light). I haven't removed it from my 35mm in a long time, I'm thrilled.

The filter is supplied in a plastic carrying case with high quality foam for protection. The filter sits firmly in the housing, so you can be sure that it will not move after storage or be damaged during transport. The filter itself feels of good build quality, with the metal frame holding the glass in place. I like the lever for adjusting the stops, the action is smooth and doesn't move on its own. I would have preferred if K&F had included a lens cap, just in case I wanted to leave the filter on the camera.

After reading and viewing mixed reviews of this product online, I decided to give it a try and I am very happy with it! I bought it to help myself with my car photography and decided to save money and buy it to fit my largest lens and then used step-up rings to attach it to the rest of my lenses fit. Just make sure you don't use it with lenses that are wider than 20mm as you will then have problems with a dark haze around your images that can be easily cut out with a gradient mask in Adobe Lightroom. Otherwise, I can highly recommend this 2 in 1 filter and for the price it's a breeze!

Very easy to use and produces great pictures. The ability to adjust the exposure without removing and adding filters makes shooting so much faster. Image quality is great.

Its too thick if you had a zoom lense youll see the filter on the corner and mine is arrived all scratch in a flawless box

Excellent filter for the price. I think every lens should have a polarizing filter, so I bought this for my new lens. I can't tell you how beautiful the glass is...buy it and see what you think. I don't think you will be disappointed at this price!

This is my first ND filter, so I can't tell you if this is a quality product or not comparable to other brands. This ND filter did the job for outdoor recording, my footage came out amazing with a good camera setting and the right time to shoot. I've never had several friends ask me if I'm happy with the result because they were amazed.

I wish K&F had included a lens cap just in case, I wanted to leave the filter on the camera. Considering the price, the image quality is comparable to high-end products. I found the image quality to be excellent as I didn't notice any chromatic aberration, loss of definition or the dreaded X of the graduated filter. It's a serious filter. Most of the filters I've used seem pretty cheap, but this thing looks like serious hardware. I was blown away by how smooth the knob is and how you can actually adjust the filter from light to dark. This will be very convenient for long exposures, especially during the day. You can't have a long exposure with too much light, but this solves that problem. The filter doesn't alter the image at all and doesn't cause any weird side effects. It's crystal clear and as crisp as if it wasn't there. I also like that you have a padded carry case to keep your new filter safe and the included cleaning cloth is a nice touch.
